Ingredients + Recipe for Momma Botanical Bath Soak
Yields: 1 mini 4 oz. mason jar
¼ cup Epsom salt
¼ cup ground oats
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. herbs & flowers
5 drops lavender essential oil
In a large bowl combine Epsom salt and baking soda
and essential oil. Mix well. Add the rest of the
ingredients. Give it another good mix and spoon
into a clean jar.
To use: add a few tbsp. to a warm bath.
